How to request a Slot
A SCR is composed of 3 parts: Header, Data line(s) and Footer

1. ACTION CODE ( Z )
Action Codes for Operators
N - for new flights C - to change data, always followed by a new line starting with R R - revised schedule (data to be changed) D - to cancel flights A - acceptance of an offer - with no further improvement P - acceptance of an offer - keeping the initial required times in waitlist for future improvement Z - decline offer
Action Code for Coordinators
K - confirmed flight U - unable to allocate requested time O - offer to the closest time available X - flight cancelled
2. XXXXX : FLIGHT NUMBER OR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION
Slots can be either requested using flight number or aircraft registration. For the flight number, the first two or three characters stand for the IATA or ICAO codes of the airline, followed by three or four numeric digits. An optional operational suffix may be used after the flight number.
3. AAAAAAAAAA : PERIOD OF OPERATION
Date of operation is formed by two numeric digits (01-31) for the day of the month plus the first three alphabetic letters of the month in English. Examples: - 30OCT19MAR (start/end of the operation) - 01JAN01JAN (single date)
4. 1234567 : DAY(s) OF OPERATION
Days of operation are indicated with numbers, 1 through 7, where Monday is day 1 and Sunday is day 7 and must be compatible with the period of operation. Non-operational days are indicated by zero (Ø). For a single date day of operation is not applicable.
5. BBB : NUMBER OF SEATS
Number of seats on the aircraft. Examples: - 048 (for passenger flights) - 000 (for cargo or position flights)
6. CCC : AIRCRAFT TYPE
IATA aircraft sub type code (3 digits) must be used. When IATA code does not exist, XXX must be used and mentioned in SI the ICAO 4-letter code, for example PRM1.
7. DDD : AIRPORT OF ORIGIN
IATA airport 3 letter-code must be used. When IATA code does not exist, XXX must be used and mentioned in SI the ICAO 4-letter code, for example LPCS.
8. EEEE/ FFFF: TIMES OF ARRIVAL /DEPARTURE
The scheduled arrival/departure times are in UTC and expressed by 4 digits indicating the 24hours clock in the range 0000 through 2400.
For LIS, FAO, OPO and FNC airports UTC: Winter = local time / Summer = local time -1
9. GGG : AIRPORT OF DESTINATION
IATA airport 3 letter-code must be used. When IATA code does not exist, XXX must be used and mentioned in SI the ICAO 4-letter code, for example LPCS.
10. H: TYPE OF SERVICE
Classification of flight and type of service provided: J = Regular passenger C = Passenger charter H = Freight charter P = Positioning K = Training D = Private use (General Aviation) W = Military E = State/Government
11. SI/GI : SUPPLEMENTARY/GENERAL INFORMATION
It is mandatory that any free text following the data line(s) always starts with 'SI' or 'GI'
SI (Supplementary Information) must be used only for data related with scheduling information.
GI (General Information) is used for greetings and non scheduling information.

Acceptance of the offer:

If offer is declined (with action code Z), no slot will be held for the flight. It is recommend that offers are accepted with action code 'P' (pending).
