ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, SA is a private company in charge of the management, exploration and development of the airports of Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Ponta Delgada, Santa Maria, Horta, Flores, Madeira, Porto Santo as well as  the Civil Terminal of Beja which represented in 2015 a total of 39,948,253 passengers and a turnover of 568,330 million Euros.

Under the terms of Decree-Law 109/2008 of June 26, ANA, Aeroportos de Portugal SA, was appointed as the national coordination and facilitation entity in the slots allocation process for which it has an autonomous structure
